This custom built totally lovely Atkin 014 offers players an extra dash of charm and character. We especially like the upgraded tuners and matching headstock veneer and pickguard material. The Atkin Dust Bowl Series is inspired by some of the depression era guitars of the 1930’s. A lightweight all-mahogany body construction, scalloped braces, and soft-V neck carve that hugs your hand. The 16″ radius Indian Rosewood fingerboard with rounded-over edges makes ‘thumb-overtop’ playing easy and comfortable.

These Dust Bowl guitars have a full, rich and dry voice with enough of a push in the midrange to inspire any ragtime picker, while still giving plenty of warmth and openness across the strings to keep any player happy.
