When you get in touch, we’ll usually ask for a few clear photos of the instrument, along with details of its age, overall condition, and an honest description of any marks, wear, or other issues. This helps us give you the most accurate and helpful assessment.
We regularly arrange part exchanges for customers purchasing online and are very experienced in working with courier services.
