Something of a signature combination of tone woods for this hand made in Devon world renowned small workshop guitar builder, check out this lovely Brook Taw guitar. This especially responsive Brook Taw has Euro Spruce with Cherry back and sides featuring a comfortable versatile mid size body design and intuitive 630mm scale. This particular version has a carefully selected Euro Spruce top with an incredibly lovely very responsive Cherry back and sides. We really enjoy all the full tonal character that this comb has to offer. It's a clear and balanced yet rich Brook style of tone that has just the right amount of wonderful harmonic shimmer around even the lightest of touches. This guitar includes a hard case and plays effortlessly with a comfortably low easy action.
This lovely Brook Taw is one of only a few select instruments that the workshop will finish each month. We are lucky to be very close to the rural Devon workshop as its situated just on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park close to our showroom. Its a fascinating workshop, and the second you step foot through the doorway you can tell immediately that these guys are lovingly and slowly creating by hand the traditional way some of the finest acoustic guitars available today. Considering just how much time skill and effort goes into every inch of this Brook Taw, we feel it offers remarkable value.
