A marriage of contemporary and traditional this Fender American Professional II Stratocaster, Dark Night has 22 Narrow Tall frets on 9.5" radius Rosewood 25.5" scale fingerboard. Features includes V Mod II pickups and comfy rolled edges and this Fender American Professional II Stratocaster, Dark Night comes with tactile expressive satin natural finish. A long term staple of any pro player's arsenal, this is the most significant series of Fender USA guitars and replaces the older Pro and Standard models. The fantastic V Mod II pickups combine with this guitars creative circuitry perfectly and the Narrow Tall frets are a very popular option that players of the older versions will welcome.
The Deep “C” neck now sports smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a “Super-Natural” satin finish and a newly sculpted neck heel for a supremely comfortable feel and easy access to the upper register. New V-Mod II Stratocaster single-coil pickups are more articulate than ever while retaining bell-like chime and warmth. An upgraded 2-point tremolo with a cold-rolled steel block increases sustain, clarity and high-end sparkle.
