Features on this 7lbs 21 fret Nitrocellulose Lacquer Journeyman Relic finished Tele include Quartersawn Maple neck, very popular 60s Oval "C" profile, and 58-'63 Bridge with Brass RSD Saddles. This Fender Custom Shop Postmodern Tele Journeyman Relic in Aged Black also has 2-Piece Select Ash body and 3-Ply Parchment pickguard with a very lovely Wide-Range CuNiFe Humbucking neck pickup.

With some vintage looks and modern touches not specific to any year the Postmodern Tele design gives players everything they want with amazing tone, comfort and sonic capabilities. A two-piece ash body with contoured neck heel wears a Journeyman Relic lacquer finish, while the quartersawn maple neck hosts a ’60 style “oval C” profile, 9.5”-radius quartersawn maple fingerboard and 21 narrow tall (6105) frets.

Hand-wound loaded ’51 Nocaster (bridge) and wide range Cunife (neck) pickups are sent through dual-stack HS Tele wiring with an angled switch and electro socket output jack. Other features include a three-ply black pickguard, ’58-’63 Tele bridge with compensated brass RSD saddles, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut and wing string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
