Fresh into us from the big G is this 7lbs 14oz Gibson Custom Shop 335. One of the most versatile beasts around, this 61 in Viking Red is a Wildwood spec with a very accurate 61 Neck profile and some customwound WW spec custombuckers. As you would expect from a custom shop guitar, it plays like a dream and sounds phenomenal!

Wildwood Guitars and the Gibson Custom Shop combined to create a small run of Custom Shop ’61 ES-335s. This semi-hollow beauty has a very accurate ’61 neck profile and teh entire build offers a  vintage feel with some incredibly lovely Wildwood Spec Custombuckers, which are the product of our obsessive effort to recreate the sound of the vintage guitars we all revere. This stunning ste of pickups embody the very best characteristics of vintage underwound PAFs: fantastic string-to-string balance, crystalline clarity, and sweet, singing trebles. It’s not easy to develop a pickup that hard rock players and jazz cats alike will fall in love with, but the fine folks at Gibson have accomplished that nearly impossible feat.

This is a most impressive Gibson ES335 guitar and really turns the quality and performance level up a few notches. It includes hard case and is a very hard to find model.
