Offering an excellent string to string balance and clarity, what especially stands out in the range compared to other Taylors is the subtle enhanced smooth chocolate rich character that sits perfectly with against traditional clarity and projection we have come to expect. This Taylor Gold Label 717e Sunburst Guitar with Firestripe Pickguard really does turn the style up a notch and will impress with its wonderful lush but clear performance both plugged in or just played acoustically. This 20 fret model has 1-3/4 nut size and comes with Fanned V-Class bracing and deluxe hardshall. The Taylor Gold Label 717e is a truly remarkable new model from the worlds No 1 acoustics guitar builder.

This is what the crew at Taylor have to say about this tasty Gold Label 717e. This guitar is a bold, expressive electro-acoustic that channels the warmth and power of vintage flat-tops with the precision and comfort of modern Taylor craftsmanship. Built with a torrefied Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, this guitar delivers a lush, blooming tone with rich overtones, strong low-end presence and a played-in sweetness that feels instantly familiar.

The Grand Pacific body has been deepened by 3/8", giving it more "lung capacity" for enhanced projection and low-frequency warmth. Inside, fanned V-Class bracing improves sustain and intonation, while the revolutionary long-tenon Action Control Neck allows for precise, shimless neck angle adjustments - a game-changer for setup flexibility and resonance.

Appointments include a West African Crelicam ebony fretboard, Honduran rosewood Curve Wing bridge, cream binding, Crest inlays, and a firestripe pickguard. The modified headstock shape and script-style Taylor logo add a boutique touch. Plug in with confidence thanks to the LR Baggs Element VTC pickup, and carry it in style with the included British Cocoa deluxe hardshell case.
